Amorita for me is the most romantic place in Panglao; my now fiance proposed to me at Amorita's Central Garden complete with a very sumptuous full course meal, personal butler service and romantic candlelight setting. When I first saw the garden all glammed up with our personal butler standing by our table neatly dressed with his sweetest smile painted on his face, I couldn't stop smiling and it almost made me cry. Thanks to Amorita's friendly staff and hotel crew who helped my fiance planned and execute everything without me figuring it out and him worrying and stressing out. It was perfect - from the place, food, and the romantic proposal (wine, flowers, personalized cake, bouquet of gerberas, background music and fireworks, and even our room all set complete with petals all over the place), it's everything a girl could ever wish for a marriage proposal, now I can finally say, one of my dreams came into reality! Our first trip to Amorita Resort in July 2009 was just out of one of those spur-of-the-moment things that my husband and I sometimes get into. We didn't even know about the resort back then. We initially just wanted to go to Batangas but our travel agency recommended the place and we said to ourselves, "What the heck, let's just go to Bohol tomorrow!" We immediately fell in love with the place, the people, the service and the amenities. Little did we know that our second trip to Amorita Resort was to be for our wedding... We never wanted an extravagant, big white wedding. Amorita resembled serenity and simplicity yet elegance with class and style which is why we thought it was the perfect place to be wed. Amorita Resort will always be special for us. From the first time we visited the resort, We knew that we wanted to be married at the Cliffside patio of Amorita.

The magnificent views of the beach and the gentle breeze of the ocean during our wedding ceremony made the wedding even more beautiful. The staff at the resort did a wonderful job at taking care of all the details we had overlooked to give us a picturesque, extraordinary and stress-free wedding. Even up to now, family and friends would still talk about how the service and friendly people at the Amorita Resort made our special weekend seem so well-planned and unforgettable for all the guests.
