Breakfast

Breakfast at the Saffron Restaurant includes a buffet of drinks, fruits, a sandwich bar with homemade breads, a congee or soup section, and an egg station and a French toast/pancake station.

Guests may choose from a selection of hot main courses including traditional American breakfast fare as well as Filipino-specialty breakfast items, which are prepared ala-minute and served hot from the kitchen.

Enjoy these with hot tea or Amorita’s own blend of coffee.

Breads and Desserts
Saffron boasts of innovative breads and desserts that highlight the amazing medley of flavors of Bohol products and ingredients. Guests rave about the heavenly home-made fresh-baked breads such as flatbread, foccacia, Ube Loaf and Sesame Loaf.

Popular Entrees
Saffron is home to mouth-watering prime steaks grilled to perfection. Familiar Filipino and Continental comfort food as well healthy fare are among popular items enjoyed. The Chef’s specially-marinated barbecues and kebabs are likewise among the sought-after savory treats.

Picnic Packed Lunches

Bohol boasts of a most diverse must-visit locations from underwater, countryside tours to heritage and adventure spots. Through these activities, Saffron Restaurant can arrange for picnic packed meals for our guests to take along.

Group Meals

Specially-themed buffets for lunch or dinner may be prepared for groups of 20 or more. Aside from a Boholano or Filipiniana theme, buffet menus with Japanese, Italian, Hawaiian Luau, French, and Thai can be pre-arranged.

Special Menu Orders

Our Chef is happy to prepare special menu orders not on the ala-carte menu nor among the Specials if given a lead time of 24 hours prior.
