Terms and Conditions

  • Member benefits are available exclusively for bookings made through Amorita Resorts' official website and direct bookings. 

  • Benefits do not apply to reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), travel agents, or any third-party booking platforms and suppliers. 

  • The A-List Exclusive Rate does not apply to packages and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or seasonal offers, unless otherwise specified. 

  • A 25% pre-payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. 

  • Reservations under this rate are covered by a Flexible Cancellation Policy, allowing guests to modify or cancel their reservation for a refund, subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions. 

Membership Eligibility

The A-List Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above and must have a working email address.

Membership Fee

The A-List membership is free. To sign up, guests can sign up from the Amorita website to get their exclusive promo code to avail of the perks and discounts during booking. The promo code may only be used on Amorita’s own booking website or by reaching out to any of Amorita’s reservation staff members.

Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to:

- 10% discount on top of available Book Direct Rates, including Last-Minute and Early Bird offers 

- One-time complimentary cocktail or mocktail per member at Azotea 

- One-time complimentary hot or iced coffee per member at Saffron Restaurant 

- Exclusive VIP invitations to special events, promotions, and activities reserved for A-List members 

Membership Period

Member benefits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the registered A-List Club member during their stay.  Any membership made during 2026 is valid until December 20, 2027.

Renewal

Members have the option to renew their membership at the end of the annual period.

Any unused benefits after December 20, 2027 shall be forfeited.

Termination

The resort reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates the terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate.

Personal Information

Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during enrollment.

The resort will not share or sell member information to third parties without explicit consent.

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while on resort premises.

Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the resort's staff or other guests may result in the termination of membership.

Modification of Terms

The resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the revised terms.
