Our security personnel are tasked to patrol the resort premises regularly. However, for your safety, we recommend that you keep your door locked every time you are in or out of your room. Visitors who are staying from 10:00 PM onwards need to register at reception, with corresponding charges.

• If you are in any of the public areas, stay away from building structures and go to the nearest designated assembly point or to an open area.
• Stay away from walls, glass windows, and other structures that could collapse and fall, such as fixtures and furniture.
• Be aware that there is a possible power failure during or after the earthquake.
• Be prepared for aftershocks.
